I have given 5 stars so they do not delete it. This is not a UK Company. They are based in Hong Kong and are a drop shipping company. This is not true original products of theirs you are seeing. You can find a lot of them cheaper on Amazon. You will be charged almost half you order to pay for returns to china if there is a problem with your order or you no longer want it. They take a long time deliver, way over their specified time on their shipping information. If you try to cancel, they will quickly sending a shipping email so they can refuse you as per their policy. Luckily for me I have proof it has been shipped at all and will give all this to trust pilot. Check tracking information if you end up in this situation. Please report to trading standards. A lot of people have lost out on money from this company. I’m not even sure they meet UK standards for kids toys. The are refusing to cancel the items they know weren’t shipped before I sent a cancellation email. Even though I offered to keep the item that was shipped as a resolution. They are scammers, so please avoid and shop somewhere that is reputable and safe for your children. Trust pilot(real reviews) say they don’t allow negative reviews. These knives have been a great hit with my grandsons of 4 and 6. They are sharp yet safe, and teach excellent cutting and preparation techniques. They love preparing salads and vegetables for our meals when they come to stay.
